Goyafit’s Amazing Vegetable Soup for Weight Loss



  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced into half moons
  • 1 cup of zucchini, sliced into half moons
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 – 14 oz can basil, oregano, garlic diced tomatoes
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 cup of green beans in one-inch pieces
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Dash of Sea Salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 4 cups water


  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add celery, onions, carrots and zuccini.
  3. Saute until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in garlic.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth.
  6. Stir in tomatoes, lima beans, green beans, peas, corn and any other vegetables you wish to add.
  7. Add water until you reach desired consistency, I use about 4 cups.
  8. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
  9. Stir in rosemary, cumin, salt and black pepper.
  10. Adjust seasoning to taste (try to keep salt to a minimum).

Nutritional Info: If you divide this recipe by 6, it is under 100 calories.
