Asian Stir-Fry



  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1½ tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 carrot, cut in thin diagonal slices
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup thin red bell pepper strips
  • 1 small head bok choy, chopped into bite-size chunks
  • 1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos


In large wok, heat oils on high. Add garlic, ginger, and carrot. Cook, stirring well, for 1 minute. Add broccoli, stir, and cook 5 minutes. Add remaining vegetables. Reduce heat to medium and cook until vegetables are tender. Turn off heat; add Bragg Liquid Aminos. Stir well.
