Ingredients:

  • 1/4 ripe medium avocado, mashed
  • 1 slice low-sodium sprouted whole-grain bread, toasted
  • Dash espellete pepper (or ½ tsp chili pepper)

Directions:

  1. Spread ¼ of mashed avocado onto each slice of toast.
  2. Top with espellete pepper.

Tip: Espelette pepper is a French variety of chili pepper. It can be found in specialty stores or online.
