Baked Veggies



  • 1/2 cup brussel sprouts
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup garnet yam
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 tsp of coconut oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together all ingredients and toss to thoroughly coat veggies with Coconut oil. Bake for 45 min, tossing veggies every 15 minutes to cook evenly.
