- 4 oz white meat turkey burger patty
- 1 whole wheat hamburger bun
- 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- 1 slice tomato
Cook a 4 oz white meat turkey burger patty in a skillet until done (no pinkness should remain). Toast 1 whole wheat hamburger bun and spread with 1 tbsp of BBQ sauce and place patty, lettuce and tomato on bun.
