Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. raw honey
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 oz. cooked chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, chopped
- 1/2 medium pear, peeled, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped raw walnuts
- ¼ oz crumbled feta cheese
Preparation:
- Combine oil, vinegar, and honey in a small bowl; whisk to blend. Set aside.
- Place spinach, chicken, pears, and walnuts in a large bowl; mix well.
- Drizzle salad with dressing; toss gently to blend.
- Divide evenly between 4 plates; sprinkle evenly with cheese.
