Chicken Power Bowl



  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 3 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomato


  1. Grill or bake chicken until cooked through and dice into bit size pieces.
  2. Rinse black beans and warm on stovetop.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded lettuce, brown rice, tomato, chicken and beans. Top with salsa.
