Chicken and Shrimp Pasta Parmesan



  • 1 sec spray Pam Cooking Spray
  • 3 oz chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 oz shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ Tbsp Now Organic Virgin Coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 50 grams Fresine Pasta (or pasta of your choice)
  • Directions:

    Prepare pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat Stir-fry pan on medium heat, spray with cooking spray. Add chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, garlic, garlic powder and Italian Seasoning and cook until well browned. Turn off heat, add coconut oil and pasta while pan is still hot and toss together. Place on dinner plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
