- 1 15 oz can chick peas, drained, liquid reserved
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt or sea salt
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or magic bullet; add reserved liquid from chick peas into the mixture as it blends bit by bit the until desired consistency is achieved. For best results allow the hummus to sit over night to allow the flavours to blend.
