- 1 lb Extra Lean Ground Chicken
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. light Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dry white wine
- 1/8 cup basil
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, this is going to seem like ALOT of seasoning in comparison to the ground chicken. Don’t panic, these patties are delicious I assure you. Divide into four equal portions and shape into patties.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties; cook 7 minutes on each side or until done.
