Grilled Chicken Salad with Pecans



  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 2 Tbs Pecan Nuts
  • 3 ounces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 2 Tbs Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ¼ cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Crumbles


  1. Grill or Bake chicken to your liking.
  2. Dice/cut in strips chicken breast fillets.
  3. In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, pecans and feta cheese crumbles.
  4. Add chicken and top with light dressing.
