- 2 cups Spinach
- 2 Tbs Pecan Nuts
- 3 ounces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
- 2 Tbs Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- ¼ cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Crumbles
- Grill or Bake chicken to your liking.
- Dice/cut in strips chicken breast fillets.
- In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, pecans and feta cheese crumbles.
- Add chicken and top with light dressing.
