Ingredients:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
- Combine egg, salt, milk. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Separate into two balls.
- Roll out dough and cut into thin strips (noodles).
- Drop one by one into hot soup about 10 minutes before ready to serve.
These can be added to: Beef Soup or Chicken Soup for a fantastic meal! 🙂
