Home Made Pasta / Egg Noodles



  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder


  1. Combine egg, salt, milk. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
  2. Separate into two balls.
  3. Roll out dough and cut into thin strips (noodles).
  4. Drop one by one into hot soup about 10 minutes before ready to serve.

These can be added to: Beef Soup or Chicken Soup for a fantastic meal! 🙂
