Honey-Mustard Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • 1 (6-oz.) raw salmon fillet, with skin
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill or broiler on high.
  2. Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl; mix well.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down on broiler pan that is lightly coated with spray. Brush with honey-mustard mixture.
  5. Grill or broil for 5 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  6. Remove skin before serving.
