Parmesan Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
  • Dash garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt (optional)
  • 1 (4-oz.) white fish fillet (like cod, flounder, turbot, sole, etc.)
  • 1/8 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 fresh parsley sprigs, finely chopped
  • Paprika (to taste; optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine basil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt (if desired) in a small bowl; mix well.
  2. Season both sides of fish with basil mixture.
  3. Heat medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish; cook for 5 minutes, turning once.
  4. Top fish with cheese, parsley, and paprika (if desired). Cover skillet; cook for 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
