- 4 pieces pita bread
- 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup fat-free spaghetti sauce
- dash oregano and/or dried red pepper
Top each pita with 3 Tbsp. fat-free spaghetti sauce, low-fat mozzarella cheese, onion, pepper, or other vegetables to taste. Season with oregano and/or dried red pepper. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit.
