Pork Chop and Baked Apple Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz lean, center-cut pork chop
  • McCormick’s Herb and Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 apple
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

Season 5 oz lean, center-cut pork chop on both sides with McCormick’s Herb and Garlic Seasoning and broil until cooked through. Serve with baked apple wedges (cut apple into thick wedges, toss with ½ tsp. lemon juice and ground cinnamon, place on non-stick baking sheet and bake at 375 until bubbly).
