Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cauliflower, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cups broccoli, broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. non-fat or reduced-fat ranch- style dressing
Directions:
Combine all vegetables and dill weed in a bowl with a lid. Cover and shake. Combine dressing and lemon juice in a small bowl. Pour dressing/lemon juice over vegetables. Cover and shake.
