Raw Veggies with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dried dill (or 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill)
  • 1 cup raw cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups raw broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, sliced on the bias
  • 2 medium celery stalks, sliced on the bias
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced thin

Directions:

  1. Combine yogurt, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl; mix well.
  2. Serve vegetables with yogurt dip.
