Shirazi Salad



  • 1 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cups peeled, chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cups chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and store in the fridge for about 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Serve.

(Makes about 3 cups)
