- Non-stick cooking spray
- ½ cup cooked whole wheat pasta
- 3 oz shrimp
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup steamed spinach
- ½ tsp lemon juice
In a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook shrimp until slightly browned. Add marinara sauce and simmer until warm. Serve over ½ cup whole wheat pasta and top with parmesan cheese. Add a side of 1 cup steamed spinach seasoned with ½ tsp lemon juice.
