- 1 egg
- 3 egg whites
- ½ cup white mushrooms
- Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- ¼ cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
In a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, scramble 1 egg and 3 egg whites with ½ cup sliced white mushrooms. Sprinkle with Tabasco (or Franks Red Hot Sauce) and ¼ cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with 1 slice of whole wheat toast.
