Stuffed Chicken Breast



  • 1 6 oz Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
  • 30 grams of shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 4 asparagus spears
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • McCormicks salt-free garlic and herb seasoning


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butterfly chicken breast and season on all sides with McCormicks. Place cheese, asparagus and mushrooms on one half. Fold other half back over and hold closed with long toothpicks. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and put in oven. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown and chicken is fully cooked.
