- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 425.
Peel sweet potato and cut into french fry shape. Combine olive oil and Himalayan Sea Salt, pour onto fries and toss to coat evenly. Place fries on a cookie sheet, spread them out well for crispier fries, placing them too closely will cause them to be mushy. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
