Tangy Cranberry Chicken



  • 1 can of whole cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup of low-fat French dressing
  • 1 package of dried onion soup mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of cooked brown rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, French dressing, onion soup mix, and water. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour liquid mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve on top of brown rice and add salt and pepper for taste. This one goes well with a side of steamed broccoli or green beans. Serves 2 people.
