Ingredients:
- 150 grams turkey breast, ground
- 1 Tbsp sourdough bread crumbs
- 1/8 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. green onions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1.2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat the grill or broiler. Combine all ingredients and divide mixture into patties. Grill until cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes per side.
