Turkey Burger



  • 150 grams turkey breast, ground
  • 1 Tbsp sourdough bread crumbs
  • 1/8 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. green onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1.2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Black pepper, to taste


Preheat the grill or broiler. Combine all ingredients and divide mixture into patties. Grill until cooked through, 7 to 10 minutes per side.
