Use low-fat yogurt instead of sour cream. To thicken, spoon yogurt into a strainer lined with a damp paper towel or cheesecloth. Set over a deep bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. You can also use greek yogurt in its place which is considerably thicker than regular yogurt.
